Objective of Business contract
The Government of the Central African Republic grants to the company K-POLYGONE RCA Sarl, which accepts the operation in Bangui and in certain cities, of a Public Service for the Technical Inspection of motor vehicles, trailers and machines with two (2) wheels and more, with land motor, in accordance with the Highway Code and Order No. 009/MTAC/DIRCAB of January 10, 2025, setting the conditions for opening a technical inspection center for vehicles and machines with two wheels and more in the Central African Republic.
Role of K-Polygone
- Carry out periodic technical inspections, in accordance with current legislation.
- Open and operate technical inspection centres (main centres, auxiliary centres, mobile units) according to the approved schedule.
- Keep said centres in service and in good working order, without interruption, according to the days and times set by the regulations.
- Operate a computerized file centralizing the data of the vehicles inspected (number plate, registration certificate, history, etc.).
- Issue the user with a harmonized technical inspection report, accompanied by the payment receipt.
- Transmit monthly statistical data to the Administration (or more frequently by electronic means
Result of the Project
- Improved road safety, reduction in accidents due to mechanical failures,
- Modernization of the management of technical inspections and the collection of fines,
- Positive socio-economic impact (local jobs, training of trainers, better governance),
- Additional revenue for the State allowing investment in transport infrastructure,
- Compliance with international standards and ease of integration of future modules (management of the state vehicle fleet, paid parking, etc.).
