Integration of National Maritime Fee Billing System: Integration of customs clearance management (e-customs) and cargo tracking systems.

Maritime Fee Collection: Automated collection of the Shipowners’ Fee for import/export cargoes at Tchad recognized transit ports.

Analysis & Reporting: Generation of monthly economic reports, foreign trade statistics, and real-time insights on shipping operations.

Capacity Building: Training and ongoing support for COC Tchad to operate and maintain the system effectively.

System Security & Maintenance: Regular updates, bug fixes, and safeguarding data integrity.

Role of K-Polygone

Assumes responsibility for designing, deploying, and maintaining the Portal, as well as training government personnel and stakeholders.

The Concessionaire’s System adheres to the required technical specifications, including: 2.1.1 A front-facing trade portal for dissemination of trade information, notices, and secure login protocols, allowing creation of import/export documents and integration or interface with any existing government e-portals
