Implementation of Fiche Electronique des Renseignements a L’ Importation (FERI). It is the document that accompanies all shipments transported by sea,air,road to and en route to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Role of K-Polygone
K-Polygone is Technology & Network partner with OGEFRM for drafting and issuance of Fiche Electronique des Renseignements a L’ Importation(FERI).
Result of the Project
After implemenation , It has tackle several challenges, such as under-declaration, concealment, and wrong classification of important cargo. These challenges are primary causes of revenue leakages, insecurity, and safety issues at the borders. Also noted that the deployment of the FERI in DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, Ports are expected to generate excellent annually revenue for the Government.
