One-Stop Automotive Shop (Guichet Unique Automobile)

The Concessionaire shall implement a centralized digital platform for:

  • Vehicle registration, re-matriculation, and title transfers.
  • Creation of a portal (website) accessible to all 
  • Creation of a Customer relations center via communication tools (Call center, group SMS, etc.) to inform, inform, guide and manage users daily
  • Centralized coordination of the summary findings process 
  • Centralized coordination of stickers 
  • Centralized coordination of registrations 
  • Centralized coordination of special numbers and preferential numbers 
  • Centralized coordination of registration documents 
  • Centralized coordination of plate manufacturing and installation 
  • Centralized coordination of technical visits 

Role of K-Polygone

The design software, procedures, and supporting infrastructure developed or deployed for the DGUA communication portfolio, our missions is to the implementation modern systems with a view to centralizing all data relating to the DGUA operating system currently in force and access to an information portal available to any user of this public service inside or outside Ivory Coast. 

Keep said centres in service and in good working order, without interruption, according to the days and times set by the regulations.

Operate a computerized file centralizing the data of the vehicles inspected (number plate, registration certificate, history, etc.).

Transmit monthly statistical data to the Administration (or more frequently by electronic means
